About Us

The foundations of BCSS were laid back in 2018 with the purchase of Shiro, for more information on her please visit our breeder page! She sparked our love for swine and the show pig world and we haven't looked back since. We are a small, family-run operation with only 2 total employees. Our first litter under the name Blue Crane was in September of 22' and we spent 23' making our name known and building a solid herd. We currently focus primarily on the Berkshire breed but will continue to expand our herd and the variety of pigs we will offer. At Blue Crane Show Swine, we take pride in offering quality show pigs at reasonable prices for everyone! We know the industry has changed a lot over the past couple of years, but we want to be able to allow students to succeed without having to pay thousands of dollars for a single animal.  We are here to help our customers and supporters throughout their show careers and beyond so feel free to reach out at any time!
